Each business you run may carry different obligations. Omega Ventures is being designed to support the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply, the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, the Spam Act 2003 for promotional messages, and the Australian Consumer Law.
Promotional messages go only to customers who have said yes to them, every one carries an unsubscribe switch, and each business's customer list stays with that business.
We'll publish a plain-English privacy and security statement for business owners before launch.
The keys that open your conversations are made on your own devices and stay there. Our servers pass sealed messages along and hold no key that can read them.
